Please Pray!

Hi everyone,

Just a quick note for prayer. My dad, Paul, has been in the hospital since Saturday night following chest pains and just not feeling well for the past few days. They are taking him right now to have a catherization done of his heart to check for blockages and any heart damage that may have been done. My dad has never ever been a sick man and it grieves my heart to see him in any pain. Please please pray right now and ask God for wisdom for the doctors, steady hands and quick senses to see anything that is amiss. Peace for all of us who are trying to choose to rest in God's strength and peace but whose hearts are anxious. Thank you so much, will post again.

Sunday Grace ~ Happy Father's Day!

I just want to take a minute today and give thanks for

three of the most important men in my life...

First, for Joel ~ the love of my life, my husband and a wonderful and loving father to our children. Sweetheart, you are the best thing in our lives and we are soo proud of you and we love you with all our hearts!! I can only pray that you will catch a glimpse of the respect, adoration, thankfulness and love we have for you in our eyes today and every day. We love you, baby!!!! xoxo

Second, for my Daddy...I am the most blessed daughter to have YOU as her first Hero!! Papa, you will always be Mr. Fix It in my eyes ~ whether you killed a spider as big as a Buick, fixed a broken toy, or fixed a broken heart. You have always been a strong rock for me through many wonderful and difficult days. I hope you know how much I love, respect and look up to you now and always. I love you, Papa!!! xoxo

Third, to my dear father in law, John...much of who our little family is, is because of You! How you raised and taught your son has influenced him to be the wonderful man/father/husband that he is to us. I cannot thank you enough for being such a godly example to our family and loving me warts and all! We are forever thankful for YOU and hope that today you know how much you are loved and missed with every mile that separates us!! xoxo

Gone Fishin'

My sister is like the queen of finding cool things to do with the kiddos...a few weekends ago, she got them all signed up for a Fishing Day! We had a blast trying to get the worms out of the bag, on the hook, casting the lines, getting them uncaught from the reeds and from other lines. Good thing my bro-in-law, the pro fisherman, came with us!! :) No matter, the cherubs had a super fun day together...

End of Year

How can it be that another school year has come to a close? Wow, seems like just yesterday my eyes were filling with tears as my "baby" got on the bus to go to Kindergarten for the first time. I was thrilled to be able to join my Chloe for her end of the year picnic last week...my mom came too and we had a blast!!

Busy Bees

I know I've been missing in action for a bit...the days are getting busier and busier but full of FUN! Alex only has 2 more baseball games in his season left. Oh, and he and 1 other team mate made it the the ALL STAR game this coming Saturday!!!

Here's some shots from his most recent game. Alex got to play Catcher for the first time and ROCKED IT!! I am one proud Mama!! :) Joel got to help coach 1st base some and was in his glory, baseball being his fav sport growing up. And Chloe was playing Cheerleader with her little friend...

So good to see that girl RUN again!!! :D
