I just love taking picts when the kids aren't looking...
This was a super cool tree with strong roots buried into the side of that hill! I pray that we will teach our children in such a way that they will grow up tall and strong, rooted deeply in Jesus!

This is a fav of mine~~I love the way this picture gives life to the desire of my heart that we will lead and guide our children along the path of life...show them that there will be hills and curves (rough spots) but also straight and smooth parts (beautiful scenery) and that as long as they cling to Jesus, they can do all things! They both have walking sticks to help them along the way, maybe those are the things that Joel and I give them as "tools" in their toolbelt for life? Prayerfully, one day they will realize that their ultimate Guide is Jesus...He is all they will ever need!!

such sweet cherubs! I'm sure they loved being in the river. We'll have to take all 3 of them to the river when you get back. I'm sure Abe would love to share that with Alex and Chloe.
This is the first time I have stopped by your blog. It is precious. I LOVE the pictures of the kids from behind, walking down the path. So beautiful. It reminded me of the scripture, "A man's heart plans his way but the Lord directs his steps." A beautiful family! I will be back. Stop by and visit me sometime, I am on the west coast!
