Oh yay!! I am so excited for you! I was able to get this lens a few months ago, and am TOTALLY in love with it! I use this one for almost all my pictures now. You are going to be so happy with it!! Can't wait to see the pics you take with it! :)

BTW, do you watch So You Think You Can Dance? I enjoyed talking American Idol so much with you and have no one to talk about this series.

YAY!!! You will love this bad boy lens! I just got the Tamron myself and am loving it! Can't wait to see some pics... ;)
Oh have fun with it! I have a 50mm for my nikon and it's the only lens I use right now!
